Manufactured for enthusiasts who demand the highest quality, each set is constructed from precision-cast 304 stainless steel elbows that are TIG welded and fully back-purged to ensure maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Featuring a full 2.5-inch diameter, these are engineered to provide some of the highest exhaust flow available for the platform, making them an ideal upgrade for naturally aspirated or forced induction applications.

To provide exceptional value without compromising quality, the lower cast elbow is shared with our next-generation J-Series pre-cat pipe platform. This common casting significantly reduces initial research, development, and tooling costs, allowing those savings to be passed directly on to our customers while maintaining OEM-like fitment and premium construction.

Because the shared lower casting includes an EGR provision used on later applications, every kit includes a CNC-machined EGR block-off plate and the necessary hardware to seal the unused EGR tube flange on the underside of the front bank pre-cat pipe, ensuring a clean, leak-free installation.

For optimal performance, these pre-cat pipes were developed in partnership with Tfay Auto Works LLC. While they can be installed on a stock vehicle, an ECU calibration is highly recommended to ensure proper fueling, maximize performance gains, and maintain engine reliability. A custom tune from Tfay Auto Works is recommended to achieve the best possible results.

Each kit includes the necessary gaskets, installation hardware, and the front-bank EGR block-off plate for a straightforward, hassle-free installation.
